Mark Jenkins

Mark is an accomplished Project Manager and focussed on delivering client requirements and solutions. He has achieved excellent results in both public and private sectors in roles that range from Project Management, Line Management, and Business Analysis to Strategic Planning, Management and Reporting and Process Re-engineering. Cross industry expertise is also a strong aspect of Mark's profile. Mark came to Integral Technology Solutions in September 2006 with more than 16 years of international experience in Banking, Utilities, Government and Technical industry sectors.

Mark's project management and technology background is enhanced by his ability to quickly identify underlying issues and effectively negotiate with key stakeholders for agreed outcomes. His excellent communication and analytical skills are balanced with a capability to relate to client business requirements and interact with staff at all levels. Mark's experience and knowledge of planning and implementing project deliverables ensures he is able to achieve the desired results within project parameters.

Allison Foster
Managing Consultant (Melbourne Office)

Allison has an excellent track record of delivering client requirements and solutions. In March 2007 she brought extensive experience in managing the delivery of high level projects in both the public and private sectors with her to Integral Technology Solutions. Projects where she has achieved excellent results include, but are not limited to - the analysis, design and development of integration components for infrastructure plans; development of J2EE components for service delivery platforms; design and development of shipment tracking systems; architecture of telecommunications sales tools; and design and integration of security systems.

Allison couples her excellent communication and analytical skills with the capability to quickly understand client business requirements. Her real world experience and her academic knowledge, Allison holds a Master of Technology from RMIT (Melbourne), ensure that even when faced with stringent project parameters, she can plan and implement project deliverables to achieve the results companies require

Kevin Powe
Senior Consultant

Kevin joined Integral Technology Solutions (from Mincom – Australia’s largest IT company) a little after Integral was established.  Since 2001, and in his current position, he has worked with a diverse range of clients throughout Australia and South East Asia for Integral.  He has worked in Singapore, Bangkok, Jakarta and Australia on telecommunication, banking and travel projects, using mainly Tuxedo and WebLogic.

Kevin’s focus at Integral has been on the development of projects for BEA products, spanning WebLogic Server, Tuxedo, WebLogic Portal and Integration. He has also been involved in administration, development, and assistance for the provision of architectural and code reviews for Integral clients.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT) with a minor in Computational Intelligence.  He specializes in Integration and data conversion / mining.  Kevin is currently the lead developer for Integral’s ISIS Software.

Aaron Puusaari
Senior Consultant

Aaron joined Integral Technology Solutions in September 2005, bringing extensive experience in software design, implementation and testing as well as software infrastructure architecture, to the company.

Aaron was previously a Senior Analyst and a Technical Specialist for Technology One (Brisbane) where he designed and built software infrastructure for applications built in C and Unix, as well as Enterprise Java applications.  He was heavily involved in the design and implementation of a Service Based application framework for the State Land Titling systems of Queensland and Victoria.

Prior to this, Aaron worked as a Consultant for BEA Systems delivering middleware services and training(predominantly Tuxedo and WebLogic Server) to various organisations in the Asia Pacific region. He originally joined BEA Systems as a Technical Support Engineer.

Aaron has a Bachelor of Information Technology from Queensland University
of Technology (QUT) as well as a Diploma of Music Industry from the SAE
Institute.

Bruce Sullivan
Senior Consultant

Bruce has been employed with Integral Technology Solutions since March 2006.  He has in depth experience in WebLogic Administration and the development of enterprise level software/integration solutions.

Prior to his appointment with Integral Technology Solutions, he had spent 9 years in the Banking and Insurance industry and worked in several IT teams during that period.  Bruce held a Senior WebLogic Administration position at Suncorp and was a key contributor to Suncorp's successful J2EE platform. His work spanned numerous technologies including Mainframe, UNIX and Wintel server technologies. Bruce possesses specialised skills in Middleware technologies that include MQ Series and J2EE application server technologies.

Rebecca Tuesley
Finance Manager

Rebecca joined Integral Technology Solutions in 2004, with over 18 years experience working in Chartered Accounting firms in Australia.

Her experience includes preparation of accounts, tax returns and GST matters from personal to medium-sized businesses, providing assistance to clients on the accounting software Quickbooks, and providing advice to clients on tax related matters

She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia.

Emma Di Muzio
Marketing Manager

Emma joined the Integral Technology Solutions team in June 2006.  With her, she brought marketing knowledge and skills that she has developed through professional appointments both in Australia and Europe (predominantly Italy).  Other concurrent and past appointments include: General Manager, The Queensland Choir; Marketing Manager, Queensland Music Festival 2005; Marketing Manager, Brisbane Symphonic Band; Marketing and Communications Co-ordinator, School of Life Sciences and Faculty of Science, QUT; Business Lecturer / Trainer, RIT & USQ; and  Regional Co-ordinator, STS (Italy). 

Emma’s qualifications include an MBA, BEd, and DipT.  A combination of her studies, employment history, and professional memberships have underpinned her career to date.
