Below, are some details about the members of the core professional team at both our Australian headquarters in Brisbane and our Melbourne office.


cameron.jpgFounder and Managing Director of Integral Technology Solutions (Integral) 2001 - current

Cameron has worked in and provided architectural and technical solutions to companies including Singapore Airlines, Telstra, Cable and Wireless Optus, Silterra (Malaysia), Chartered Semiconductors, The Queensland Department of Natural Resources, and The Port of Singapore.

Prior to establishing Integral, Cameron held the position of Integration Ambassador for BEA Systems in South Asia for three years and presented at conferences on this topic (Integration) in Sydney, Melbourne, New Orleans and Paris. Cameron was also responsible for architecting and providing technical guidance to some of BEA System's largest integration customers. He was awarded "BEA Presales Engineer of the Year" for Asia Pacific in 2001.


mark.jpg Mark is an accomplished Project Manager, focussed on delivering client requirements and solutions. He has achieved excellent results in both public and private sectors in roles that range from Project Management, Line Management and Business Analysis to Strategic Planning, Management and Reporting and Process Re-engineering. Cross industry expertise is also a strong aspect of Mark's profile. Mark came to Integral Technology Solutions in September 2006 with more than 16 years of international experience in banking, utilities, government and technical industry sectors.

Mark's project management and technology background is enhanced by his ability to quickly identify underlying issues and effectively negotiate with key stakeholders for agreed outcomes. His excellent communication and analytical skills are balanced with a capability to relate to client business requirements and interact with staff at all levels. Mark's experience and knowledge of planning and implementing project deliverables ensures he is able to achieve the desired results within project parameters.


nicholas.jpg Nicholas Xecanas has over 18 years experience in delivering outcomes and solutions to major private and public sector clients primarily in the banking and finance, healthcare and utilities sectors. He has worked in diverse roles ranging from operations management, project and program management, organisational restructures and strategic planning. As an energetic, business-focused IT professional, Nicholas' special interests are general management and emerging technologies. His recent work includes IT Program Management, IT Project Management and change management and process improvements in Australia, New Zealand and Europe.

Nicholas has a track record of managing successful projects and programs which scale from single-person consulting assignments to 70-person, cross-functional teams and projects with budgets of $10 million. He is adept at managing the project complexities associated with competing priorities, staff recruitment and retention, project scope and vendor management. With a management style characterised by consistent communication, lateral thinking and an open-minded approach to leading and motivating teams, Nicholas enjoys the challenges in working to understand an organisation's culture and in building and leading successful teams.



Nelson BibbyNelson is a highly proficient and capable project and people manager, with almost 20 years ICT experience in a wide range of roles across project/program delivery and operations.  He brings to Integral Technology Solutions, international experience gained within financial services, telecommunications and utilities industries.  With a proven track record to initiate and deliver large and small scale ICT projects, he thrives on achieving results through the establishment and leadership of highly effective teams, maintaining multi-lateral relationships with business stakeholders, effective negotiation with project stakeholders and applying analytical and lateral thinking to business challenges.  With a natural flare for optimising project delivery, Nelson recognises the need to establish appropriate levels of project governance by clearly understanding the underlying value proposition of project management processes.

Nelson's management style is oriented toward building trusting relationships based on mutual respect, yet remaining commercially focused with a clear understanding that IT solutions and service groups must be sustainable to deliver ongoing business value.  He is qualified in both ITIL service management and infrastructure management, with practical experience implementing ITIL best practice as part of project delivery and existing ICT operations.


John is a senior IT professional with more than 30 years of IT experience spanning a broad range of technology and management disciplines. He has worked in a range of industry sectors including finance and banking, government, utilities, telecommunications, transport and logistics and has extensive experience in business management, IT management and consulting, engagement/contract management, program/project management and operations management.  John joins Integral with a business management and growth focus similar to his previous experience managing and growing southern region business operations for Tripoint Corporation.  

John's strengths include his technical appreciation and understanding, strong planning and organisational skills and ability to maintain sound relationships with clients and vendors. He is an excellent motivator and a strong believer in a team approach.


Jon ColemanJon has over ten years experience in IT infrastructure management, technical project management, team building and change management, primarily in retail and manufacturing environments and recently in local government and the banking sector.

Jon's expertise includes infrastructure design and implementation, service delivery, project and programme management, change management and the ability to bring teams together to deliver outcomes.   His strengths include the ability to conceptualise, break down and prioritise complex issues and build detailed plans for delivery of solutions.


John LoweJohn's past experiences have involved extensive business client contact and analysing situations that range from network related to software engineering scenarios.  He has managed many technical projects ranging from data quality profiling, data conversion, multi-tier web applications and map based orders systems to web-based corporate property management systems.

His core competencies include technical project management, solution and system architecture, database analysis, design and data conversion, data quality and profiling, data architecture, system implementation, integration, testing and support.  John applies all aspects of the software development life cycle to projects using both traditional design and implementation methodologies as well as agile methods, giving him an excellent grounding in all levels of software development and implementation. 


benjamin.jpgBen joined Integral Technology Solutions as a Senior Consultant in July 2007. Prior to Integral, he worked for Suncorp in middleware development and testing roles. Ben has spent the most recent years of his career working with BEA products and solutions.  He has an excellent understanding of the BEA suite and has led project implementations using BEA WebLogic and WebLogic Integration.

Ben's strong software development and communication skills, combined with his excellent work ethic have made him an indispensible asset at Integral Technology Solutions.



bruce.jpgBruce has been employed with Integral Technology Solutions since March 2006. He has in-depth experience in WebLogic Administration and the development of enterprise level software/integration solutions.

Prior to his appointment with Integral Technology Solutions, he spent 9 years in the Banking and Insurance industry and worked in several IT teams during that period. Bruce held a Senior WebLogic Administration position at Suncorp and was a key contributor to Suncorp's successful J2EE platform. His work spanned numerous technologies including Mainframe, UNIX and Wintel server technologies. Bruce possesses specialised skills in middleware technologies that include MQ Series and J2EE application server technologies.

Bruce holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from Queensland Institute of Technology (now QUT).


Ken EavesKen Eaves is an accomplished Project Manager with over 18 years IT experience gained through various assignments. He is focussed on delivering client requirements and solutions and has a long record of achievement in both public and private sectors. Ken has worked in various roles ranging from Senior Project Management and National Deployment Management to Portfolio Management. He has extensive expertise in the telecommunications sector and has specialised in mobile field applications for large corporate customers. Ken brings a wealth of experience to any role he undertakes.


David has over 20 years experience in the IT industry gained in a number of diverse positions.  His strengths lie in the ability to learn, adapt and apply new technologies and produce innovative solutions to problems.  For the last eight years, David has been designing and building Java/J2EE applications for BEA Weblogic and IBM Websphere platforms.  When developing software, David delivers innovative, practical, robust solutions to satisfy customer requirements.


kevin.jpgKevin joined Integral Technology Solutions (from Mincom - Australia's largest IT company) a little after Integral was established. Since 2001, and in his current position, he has worked with a diverse range of clients throughout Australia and South East Asia. He has worked in Singapore, Bangkok, Jakarta and Australia on telecommunication, banking and travel projects, using mainly Tuxedo and WebLogic.

Kevin's focus at Integral has been on the development of projects for BEA products, spanning WebLogic Server, Tuxedo, WebLogic Portal and Integration. He has also been involved in administration, development and assistance for the provision of architectural and code reviews for Integral clients.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT) with a minor in Computational Intelligence. He specializes in Integration and data conversion / mining. Kevin is currently the lead developer for Integral's ISIS Software.


Sheldon has developed extensive knowledge and experience of the full software development life-cycle including analysis, specification, architecture, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. He is also highly experienced in the design and implementation of large scale OO systems including real-time, transaction processing, database and business automation systems.

Sheldon has extensive knowledge and experience in a wide variety of J2EE technologies as well as BEA WebLogic Server, Workshop IDE/Platform and WLI . He has also had close to 20 years of experience with data modelling and SQL and possesses an in-depth knowledge and experience of C++. More recently, Sheldon has gained a high level of experience in Agile development techniques and, to a lesser extent, developed knowledge and gained experience with C# and .NET.


Craig BarrCraig joined Integral Technology Solutions as a Consultant in 2006 and has worked predominantly with BEA Systems' product suite in a variety of roles in Queensland and New South Wales.  Craig has also helped to develop Integral's own software including Redback, Data Synchronisation Services, and Taipan.  His IT development skills are of the highest level especially for someone of his age.  Craig graduated from Griffith University (Qld) with a Bachelor of Information Technology where he was honoured with an Award for Academic Excellence whilst studying. 


Kampanart Mekaumput (Top) is a consultant with Integral Technology Solutions. Top's skills in IT development are high level as proven by the results of the projects with which he has been involved. He has successfully worked with a variety of different technologies and development tools and has shown great flexibility in moving from one to another. Top has also had extensive experience using the WebLogic suite of products.
Top's English language skills are very good and he works well in a team focused environment, either as part of a team or leading it.


Tony is a young and talented Java/J2EE developer.  He has gained industry experience working across the full SDLC (both front-end and back-end developments) and Agile methodologies.  Tony graduated from Melbourne University with a double degree in Engineering and Computer Science and is currently undertaking his Master of Engineering.  His well tailored and mature communication skills, combined with education qualifications and work initiative, underpin his proven ability to deliver successful outcomes for Integral Technology Solutions' customers.


Terry MeltonTerry has over 12 years experience in delivering business improvement initiatives, primarily in the manufacturing, engineering, retail and transport industries and more recently government and government owned corporations.  He has led high performance teams through full life cycle ICT projects across various disciplines in enterprise resource planning, manufacturing execution, ICT infrastructure, management systems, mobile technology, facilities and business integration implementations. Terry's participative leadership style ensures a balanced scorecard approach in engagements, which aligns with the strategy, vision, mission and objectives of the organisation.


Rod's career spans in excess of 20 years, across a broad spectrum of Information Technology areas and a variety of technical and non-technical positions. For the past 10 years Rod has focused on management of projects, mainly within the private sector but also within the Queensland Government.

As an accredited Project Manager, Rod has managed a portfolio that incorporates projects individually costed at values of up to $10 million and has demonstrated experience running multiple projects concurrently, with wide ranging levels of complexity and risk value, across multiple business and IT segments. He is equally comfortable working as part of a larger body of work or with smaller, more targeted solutions.  Rod excels under pressure forming cohesive project teams to achieve the desired outcomes. His excellent communication skills, positive attitude and ability to build strong relationships with project stakeholders and vendors, have been fundamental to his success.



David is a versatile and successful delivery manager with a depth of programme and project management experience across a number of sectors including manufacturing and finance.  He develops excellent relationships through empathy, understanding, trust and exceptional communication skills and is recognised for a calming influence in times of stress. David is a key business resource who will listen carefully and implement appropriate solutions.


Kate joined Integral Technology Solutions as Business Development Manager in April 2009.  Prior to joining Integral, Kate spent 12 years in the recruitment industry, working for organisations such as PWC, Accenture and most recently, Manpower.  Kate worked in diverse roles from consultant to State Manager and National Operations Manager, giving her an in-depth understanding of both business operations and sales management.  Throughout her career, Kate has built a reputation of delivering exceptional customer service to her clients. 



Jan joined Integral Technology Solutions in July 2008. Prior to this appointment, she spent over 10 years with BEA Systems in the role of Project Co-ordinator and Administrator for both the education and professional consulting services divisions for Australia and New Zealand.  She was also the office manager for Brisbane.  

Jan has expert knowledge in all facets of education delivery.  While at BEA, she improved operational efficiency by devising and implementing solutions that reduced education material production costs and facilities hire while maintaining consistently excellent levels of customer satisfaction.  Additionally, she provided creative input into programs to help build revenue opportunities. 



rebecca.jpg Rebecca joined Integral Technology Solutions in 2004, with over 18 years experience working in Chartered Accounting firms in Australia.

Her experience includes preparation of accounts, tax returns and GST matters from personal to medium-sized businesses, providing assistance to clients on the accounting software Quickbooks, and providing advice to clients on tax related matters

She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia.
