Security extension for BEA eLink (Tuxedo) product adapters

BEA Systems provides a number of product adapters as part of its eLink product offering. IISE is designed to strengthen the security of both those adapters and eLink Information Integrator.

However, certain adapters and even Information Integrator expose critical passwords in clear text. Using IISE the eLink adapters can be hardened to encrypt their passwords using 3DES encryption, with no changes to the adapters themselves.

IISE will work with any adapters from the eLink family as well as eLink Information Integrator and custom built adapters that have been written with the eLink Adapter Development Kit.
